Neighborhood Organization For Zoning Notification

This tool allows you to search properties by address or parcel number (APN) to identify registered neighborhood organizations for notification in planning and zoning cases.

Results will include neighborhood organizations whose boundaries fall within or intersect a specified buffer for an address or parcel.

Please note:

By using this tool, you acknowledge that you are responsible for ensuring compliance with any zoning notification requirements.

For further information regarding zoning notification requirements, please see the process packet for your case type at www.phoenix.gov/pdd.

  • Subject Sites Containing Multiple Parcels

  • If your subject site includes multiple parcels, you must search each parcel separately, combine the neighborhood organization results, and delete duplicate entries.

  • Parcels With Multiple Addresses

  • If your subject site includes a parcel that is assigned multiple addresses, you must search the address and parcel number separately, combine the neighborhood organization results, and delete duplicate entries.
